Problem Spark

The problem is work…

The never ending software rollout. Mommy’s work is now eight and a half months behind. Since January, they have been expecting to be finished in “the next couple of weeks“.

We (the Royal We and the young Marvelous), as blogging cats, think this is totally unacceptable!

Since Christmas, Mommy has been doing Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday posts on Sundays! And then reading our furrends blogs in bed at night on the tablet. She has been trying to comment–but this week, she has work to do!

She told mes that there would be NO SPARK this week!!!!

The Queen

Mes has put my ROYAL foot down and demanded that Mommy makes my SPARK post!

Mes determined that it should be about problems!

“I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world!”

Sparks Badge

Mes, Nellie Bellie  believes this too!

Thanks yous all at McGuffy’s! Yous can CLICK HERE to see all the other SPARKS!!!

My way to solve MY PROBLEMS is to hiss and sulk…What is yours, my furrend?

  1. I will tell you something – most of the time, my human thinks she should be working as hard as your human does, Marv! But I am kind of glad she falls short.

  2. Oh Nellie Bellie! These humans! Mine rarely even allows me to read my bestest friends blogs let alone comment!! And I miss everyone! I am so glad I snuck in and found your spark, my sweet!! Smoochies from Austin in Dismay ❤️❤️❤️

  3. Hi there Nellie and family, we love your spark. Sorry if the Mom is so busy with work. We sure understand if she can’t go visiting. We sure won’t forget the Mom or any of the rest of you. Have a great day.

  4. Nellie dear girl, nobody hissed and sulked as well as you did – I know how that you are Angel Queen Nellie you TOTALLY have your way but we loved you then, and love you now and always. As for your Mom and the ENDLESS amount of work – it might not seem fair that she’s so busy but it doesn’t take away from the ENDLESS love she has for you and Marvelous and everyone else in her life. Remember that and it will be “smooth sailing” !! We love the spark……….you ARE the spark.

Hugs, Teddy and Mom Pam too

Well done, Nellie, getting your mum to take a breather for a brief spark; and fur sure it is not the problems themselves, but how we respond to them which can make all the difference! I tend to retreat for a bit so that I can assess without distraction, then I come out and meet that problem head on! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

  6. Nellie, my mom has been known to hiss and sulk with a problem in the past but not now. But I believe she will still hiss occasionally when something slips up on her. Now me..nope. I am smooth as silk and no sulking. Well…unless there are intruder cats outside! Then, all bets are off. Love you NellieBellie always and forever.

Kozmo, I must say again that you looked great in that daffodil. I will head on over and give you that promised baf now that you are about done with it. We’ll have supper outside after that…wanna?
    Love you, Katie Isabella

  7. Sometimes I try to solve problems by hissing and sulking, but it never works out. Eventually I have to tell myself to put on the “big girl” pants and just deal with it! Hope your mom’s work stuff gets sorted soon so she can get back to the important stuff! 🙂

  8. That is a wonderful Spark Nellie.I am glad you are keeping your Mom in line still. I love the picture of you in your crown too. XO

  9. I hope mom gets this software done soon so you can be treated as you should be.

Love your Spark and it sure fits the moms predicament.

    Have a purrfect day. ♥

  10. So glad you put your foot (paw) down and made her do a Spark! And a great Spark it is. I hope life smooths out for everyone soon. I tend to solve problems with dark chocolate. 🙂

  11. Poor humans…like your mom…that have to work, Marv. We hope she can get caught up so she can do what she’s supposed to do…pay more attention to you!

  12. Yes, different minds come up with different solutions. That’s why when we collaborate and take the best ideas from everyone, we come up with the best solutions.

And as for hissing and howling, the fact is you will get more flies with honey than vinegar. Or, to put it another way, the squeaky wheel may get the grease, or may get replaced!

  13. Nellie, we are happy you got your way as you always have. That is one terrific Spark, and we love your Queen Nellie photo. Hope all is well at the RB. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer

  14. Our petcretary works part time she says, but it seems there is an everlasting lineup of excuses for not posting more than once a week on our blog, let alone keeping up with visits to our furends. Come and help with the needed hisses here, Angel Queen Nellie!!!

  15. Wow. This is very timely, my friend. And, I really needed this today. Thank you. I appreciate you being part of Sparks. There is so much good that we need to share. Hugs.
