She has learned loads since she fell down and breaked her arm. Mes and Marv has been telling her that she worries too much! And yous knows what…she has started to thinks that too!
Yes, it is impawtant that things goes well, but Miracles happen everyday, change your perception of what a miracle is and yous WILL see them all around you.

My human’s parents worried like worrying was a virtue. My human thought worrying was a waste of time, so she always told them they could do the worrying for her, since she wasn’t bothering with it.

Nellie you have always been beautiful AND wise……Angel Sammy told me that when I first came to live here and he was SO RIGHT! Worrying doesn’t change a thing…..just makes us miserable. Life moves along and if we go with the flow it’s a lot easier than swimming upstream!

Yes, wes putted up a banner that used art by one of my purrsonal favorite artists. But then wes thinked that purrhaps that could bes copyright violation…so wes used an old photo from near where wes used to lives on Vancouver Island instead.
Mommy has a quote on the wall by the bestest philosopher (Grocho Marx) “I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn’t arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I’m going to be happy in it.”
She still has niggling doubts some days though…she needs to bes more like a cat!

NO ONE worries more than TW. She’s not happy unless she has something to stress about. Since Aunt Pauline’s cancer diagnosis, she’s now worried she has it too.

Your Mom and I are very similar. If it’s not perfect, I falsely believe it’s failure. I used to be worse – but after reading, “Don’t sweat the small stuff,” the little things don’t bother me quite as much anymore. Then again, sometimes I have an emotional reaction and later wonder why I got so upset.

My mommy worries and gets upset about a family members dangerous activities but you can’t control them and getting upset does no good except to the worrier. We just need to let them live their own lives and make their own mistakes. You will still worry but not at the level as if you can change things. This is their problem and we need to deal with ours only.
