That wasn’t nice of Ninja to laugh at you! I haven’t heard goody goody gumdrops for years and now I am racking my brains as to where it came from. I think it was one of the comics my brother used to read, maybe Harold Hare?

I had to google it or I would be thinking about it all night. It was Harold Hare who used to say it in Look and Learn, a children’s comic from the late 50s early 60s.
