This actually took place last week…before the hoard arrived.
Thursday evening, Mom and Alex were in the living room. Alex was watching TV and Mom was working on her computers and I, Marvelous and Ninja were making quite the ruckus downstairs.
The next morning, Alex came downstairs and this is what he saw! 2 rolls of doggy poppy bags were spread from one side of the front entrance to the other and all over the landing at the bottom of the stairs. I was in the cat tree and Ninja was watching the birds.
Neither of us would admit to biting into every single bag. Or spreading them all over the place.
Alex asked, “Did you do it Marv?”
I gave him my most innocent look. Then he asked Ninja.
Ninja just yawned and stretched. Then we both watched him pick up all the bags.
