Thanks & Social Distancing Selfies

thank you

We would like to take this time to sincerely thank those who have sent messages, and texts over the last week about our Dad. Your words have meant a lot to us. We apologize for not responding to each message personally, but please know that each note brought us all comfort during this difficult time.

Sundays are selfies with The Cat On My Head and we thought we would share our selfies this week. It has been a really long time! Please click on The Cat on My Head’s badge to see all the other beautiful selfies.

First up we want to show our humans. Alex who is our human brother and Ninja’s Dad.

He got home from working in Spain about 6 weeks ago and he was supposed to go to France at the end of March. That won’t happen… he is here helping Mom. We LOVE having him here (and so does Mom).

Next is Mom!

She is still really tired and is fighting a cold. But she is going back to work on Monday. That means she will be sitting in her office chair and we can bug her all day!

Next up is Ninja! Look at that guy climb!

Ninja in Tree1

He is like a no rings tailed lemur the way he leaps and bounds around! He likes to socially distance in the tree!

Cinnie LOVES to eat snow! She is sitting in one of the last patches in the backyard and munching away! Mom says it is sticky and yucky and she is NOT going anywhere near her…so her social distancing is WORKING

Can you tell Kozmo has been rolling in the dirt? I wonder of it will keep that Covid 19 bug away? It keeps us at a distance.

Jo Jo is distancing in the living room. She just fished some freeze dried salmon out of our treat toy!

Me? I am in bed! I can’t wait for Mom to decide to go to bed so I can cuddle with her… is that OK when you are socially distancing?

How are you guys doing? Its a good thing we can all talk through the interwebs!
We are hoping you ALL Stay Safe and Healthy!

Did Someone say SALMON?

This is what it has been like.  Here is a picture of the back deck right after Mom shoveled off the snow. Mom knocks it off the railing too so she can see how much she has to shovel.

This is what it looked like Friday afternoon! Even though it was chilly outside, we had SUN PUDDLES!

For the first time in like FOREVER we had sunshine and we did NOT have snow! Mommy (and her back) were furry happy! Then Caturday…the snow was back! another 4 inches to move…Mom said a whole bunch of HBO words I did not know. And as soon as she finishes cleaning supper dishes and helping us do selfies she is going to have a HOT bath.

I digress…we are pawticipating in the Cat on My Head’s Selfie Sunday! Please click their button to see all the other pawticipants!!

Now I guess we should get to what you came here for – THE SELFIES!

Ninja is sad that his Dad is gone, but he still showed us his Dangle! You know why? He wants some of the SALMON treats that Mommy brought out.

Here is Jo Jo. She is trying to convince Mom to give her more salmon. She is LOVES treats and especially SALMON treats! And if she thinks if someone else is getting more than her — she is really good at smacky paws!

Mr Kozmo is telling Mom that he should get salmon too.

Mommy put some of the salmon in the new toy we got for Christmas. I am the BEST at getting treats out of the cups and boy did I enjoy that salmon!

Cinnamon LOVES the salmon too! She dances for it! By the way, the ones Mom buys are actually Doggy Treats!

Me 19-20

Now I have a shout out! We all know and LOVE Marg! We were reading on Brian’s Blog that she needs help!

If you can, please stop by and visit our friend Marg from Marg’s Animals. She has had some heavy expenses lately and yesterday she had to help dear Ohs on his journey to the Rainbow Bridge. If you can donate a few green papers we sure would appreciate it. If not, that’s okay too, please share this post if you can. There is a PayPal link on her blog right hand sidebar and you don’t have to have a PayPal account to donate. No amount is too small. Marg has been unwell and still cares for so many kitties. Thanks everyone!
