Looking at this photo with fresh eyes, I can certainly tell he is winking and he is amused and happy. I think that he is the Marvin ‘James Bond’ of cats and he is here to save the world and charm the ladycats. Plus live in luxury and status. That part goes without saying just looking at his expression.
